We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is designed to give you sufficient time to explore the course content, participate in the learning activities, and determine if the course meets your expectations and needs.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course.
  • You must have accessed less than 30% of the course content (including videos, downloadable resources, and other materials).
  • You must not have downloaded or printed a significant portion of the course materials.
  • You must not have completed any course certificates.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or appear to be made in bad faith.

Ineligible for Refunds

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 30-day period from the purchase date.
  • If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content.
  • If you have downloaded, printed, or otherwise reproduced a significant portion of the course materials.
  • If you have completed any course certificates.
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.
  • If the course was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer, unless specified otherwise in the terms of that offer.
  • If you've received a personalized coaching session included with the course.

Additionally, we do not provide partial refunds for courses that are partially completed.

How to Request a Refund

    • The email address used to purchase the course
    • Course name
    • Date of purchase

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • The refund will include the full amount paid for the course, excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees if applicable.

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked. Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Course Updates or Changes

Promotional Codes and Discounts

If you used a promotional code or discount to purchase a course:

  • The refund will be for the amount you actually paid (after the discount was applied).
  • One-time use promotional codes will not be reactivated or reissued after a refund is processed.
